Soulwise will make all efforts to draw the attention of potential and intending users, to these documents prior to offering any service; and their willingness to proceed in any sessions will be understood by Soulwise to mean that they have read, understood and accepted all clauses of these agreements. Soulwise cannot accept any responsibility for individuals not reading or accepting the conditions set out herein.

1. Copyright: All Intellectual Property Rights in or to the materials and information made available to you through the site are either owned by us or licensed to us by our third party partners. You may only use such information or materials in accordance with these Terms of Use, and if you have read and understood the Disclaimer (below) and Privacy Policy. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, we do not grant any express or implied right to you to use the materials or information made available to you through the Site and nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as an assignment of any Intellectual Property Rights in or to such materials or information. Confidentiality: Any Soulwise services received either during a stay at the guesthouse or via any other way of communication are mostly uniquely tailored towards the individual/group at that particular time. Therefore any information and exercises cannot under any circumstances be passed onto other people, without discussing this properly with Sacha Knop. Hence, all Soulwise services are confidential programs offering information for personal self-development, therefore and are not under any circumstances to be used or considered as training for an individual to become a coach, or to be used as coaching material for others, or for any other purpose.

3. Fees: You understand and accept that Soulwise fees are to be paid prior to each session, and that full payment is necessary to secure any booking. You agree that the session will conclude at the end of the agreed time. You agree that this payment is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and accept that fees are not refundable (except under extraordinary circumstances).

4. Termination of Services: You understand and accept that Soulwise may decline to offer services at any time and that in this case a reason(s) will be provided to you.

5. Returns Policy soul reading : All personal CD's/Audio files which are recorded to order and tailored uniquely for the individual are produced on the understanding that you have ample opportunity before placing your order, to generally understand both the quality and content of Soulwise products. Due to this, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances: (a) There is a fault with the item and it fails to function correctly. (b) The item arrived in a damaged condition.

4. These services have been designed and provided for people in a state of normal mental and physical health and functioning, to help them to relax more deeply into awakening and Self-awareness. It is not designed to treat, diagnose, cure or alleviate symptoms of any kind, beit mental, physical or any other such illness. It remains the responsibility of the individual to seek out such appropriate professional advice or treatment for these and any other conditions, elsewhere.
